1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Obiagu (a brand of Due Technology LTD), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

Obiagu is a ceremonial presence service. We provide a "Warrior Presence" for cultural elevation. We are NOT a private security firm, bodyguard service, or law enforcement agency. Our role is strictly symbolic, aesthetic, and cultural.

3. Booking & Scarcity

Obiagu accepts a limited number of invitations per season. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a booking. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with our brand values.

4. Conduct

The Obiagu performer maintains a vow of silence and stillness during the event. Clients must ensure guests respect the performer's space and role.

5. Liability

Due Technology LTD is not liable for any security incidents at the event. The client retains full responsibility for event security and crowd control.
