Service Agreement

This Agreement outlines the expectations for the "Obiagu Experience".

1. The Deliverable

Obiagu provides a uniformed ceremonial warrior to escort the principal subject (e.g., Groom) and stand watch during key ceremony segments.

2. Logistics

  • Arrival: Obiagu arrives 30 minutes prior to the agreed start time for preparation.
  • Duration: Service is typically capped at 6 hours unless otherwise negotiated.
  • Changing Room: Client must provide a private, secure area for the performer to change and prepare.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the full fee, as the date was held exclusively for you.

4. Media Rights

Obiagu reserves the right to use photos and videos of the performer taken during the event for portfolio and promotional purposes, respecting the privacy of guests.
